I hope Kawhai Leonard is watching this. It is better to stay in Toronto and compete in the finals then go to a big city or your home town and be irrelevant and frustrate yourself for an entire season.

I am going to say this right here. Lebrons days of winning a championship is over, that last one in cleveland was his last I dont think any big time star will be running to join him in LA and Luke Walton isnt a good coach they should have hired Dwayne Casey

I didn't catch the exact quote, but he did say something to that effect after the game yesterday.

I'm sure they are all frustrated to some point. They are 2-5 and every one of those losses came as the result of poor execution late in games and guys hitting some ridiculous shots.

A break here and there or some better execution down the stretch an they could be 5-2 or 7-0.

It's nice to be in games late, but you don't get credit for moral victories.

this is when the pressure on the young guys will get ratcheted up even more.

If it continues this way they will start hearing trade rumors which will ratchet up the pressure ANOTHER level.

LeBron makes things easy on the court but its not all blue skies playing with LeBron.

Hasn't he had worse teams at this point in the season? 2-5 isn't tough to come back from. You obviously aren't going to gel with a new roster right away. He of all people should know that. It sucks for them that they've had such bad luck but it's still so early to be having patience running thin.

In before Mark Jackson starts petitioning for the job through his broadcasts. He'll take continually small jabs at Luke Walton, or offer backhanded compliments. You guys thought Warrior fans were crazy thinking he was biased against us during his broadcasts, but you guys are in for a treat Laker Fans.

IT'S A REAL THING GUYS.

We shall see on Luke.

There is a chance he is in over his head.

They started 19-20 LeBron's 2nd year back, but out of those 39 games, LeBron missed 8 games because of injury, and was hurt but playing in a few of those games before he decided to sit out for a couple weeks. Love and Kyrie had injury issues during that span as well.

Point is you will see a much different Lakers team come March April.

It will be bad in LA-LA Land if they don't have their problems solved by then. I'm hoping for the worst.:heh:

It's way too early to make a judgment on this season. The Bucks are on pace to be the greatest team in basketball history. I think even the biggest Buckhead would concede that might be a bit much.

The Lakers are going to struggle throughout the season because the team is constructed poorly. If you look at the big picture you understand why but the Lakers need to make a change to their roster if they want to be truly competitive this year. Not because of the first 7 games. That was obvious before the season started.

During this 7 game 'span' the Lakers had some key guys out too, but not for injuries
