Looking at the last few games, I could kinda see this coming. The offense had been masking quite a few holes in the defense game, and tonight it caved in. Boston didn't have many great chances, but every time we made a mistake, it was in the net.

I thought we played well in the first even though we were down 1-0. Then in the second, Seguin gets a nice bounce for a goal, we get jumped on the ensuing faceoff, and basically it was game over. Komisarek sealed it with his usual Keystone Cop routine, getting schooled by a 19 year old.

Props to the Bruins though. They played a team that was unwilling to work hard and made them pay big time.

I do hate it when coaches don't address the media following a shitty game. I fucking hate passive coaches. *cough*Claude*cough*

I could be wrong, but maybe he doesn't do the post game interview after such a lopsided loss would be because once he opens up a can of "we fucking sucked dick!! We didn't execute a goddamn mother fucking thing!!!" the press will burn him alive for being a foul mouthed hothead on the verge of losing control.

It's a lose-lose situation..

True... But you need to address what YOU saw as the key problems in that game. Obviously this was an anal pounding with no lube, but you still have to address something. I did not see it, but if you literally dodge questions, as a fan, I would be very upset with the coach.

People want to know that the coach saw the problems and that they will be addressed. Especially the passionate fans in Toronto who may actually have a playoff team this year. To let it slip away again, fans may get rowdy.

His responsibility begins and ends with the team, not a bunch of slobbering morons looking to make the situation worse. I'd address the media alright, but not until when I was damn good and ready and not a minute sooner.

3 times the Bruins scored goals less than 30 seconds apart. Yeah, I'd say the skaters hung the goalie out to dry.

I didn't mean for him to go batshit by any means. But if I was the coach, I would publicly call them out on how awful they were, even singling out the three players I felt were the biggest culprits. Any team of mine that pulls the chute that terribly deserves to be called out.

All Wilson does is ramble off the same tired excuses and seems to be half asleep when he does it.
