It's weird because the Rams have a worse in conference record and they didn't play the Bucs this year. So if the Rams win they are the 3 seed and if they lose they are the 4 seed. Or am I reading that wrong, does this game not matter for the Rams seeding?

Maybe the Rams prefer the 4 seed but that makes no sense, prefer playing DET or MIN instead of WAS?

Noty only do they get to rest some players & avoid injuries.
But they get to keep the Bengals from getting into the playoffs who would be dangerous for any team.

& I dont know what the tie breaker was. But I do know the bucs have the better Conf record. 8-4 to 6-5 (which would be 6-6 w/loss)
