Scary, actually. Seemed innocent but the Bengal WR helmet hit him in the chest. He got up and fell back down.

Getting hit in that part of the chest can cause trauma to the heart and make it stop beating. That is why they make little league baseball hitters wear heart guards.

They should just cancel the game. This is someone's son. Teammate, friend etc. You can see how many people were traumatized on the field.

I hope the young man is ok first and foremost. After that, I’d like some investigation done into the size of his shoulder pads relative to what is recommended equipment to protect a player of his size. These shoulder pads have been getting smaller and smaller to gain advantage. If they are the right size the pads should lie over the area of the sternum relative to the heart.
