Jabari Brown needs to be brought back for preseason next year to see if he can make the squad. He's played well in his limited playing time this season imo.

Monday is a must lose game. It would bring us into 1 game back of 3rd place. If they get 3rd place then the Lakers have only a 4% chance to not keep their draft pick. Right now its at 17.2% chance to lose the pick.

They can't afford to mess around and win many more games if any. Personally I'd like coach Scott to take a stand and play only younger players for the rest of the season to give them "experience" Lin, Boozer, Hill, Young, and Ellington need to play almost 0 minutes.

You'll probably get your wish Hangman. Scott has been starting Jarbari Brown, Kelly, Lin, Black, and a combo of Clarkson and Lin. Yesterday, Lin, Boozer, Davis, and Young did not play at all and Ellington played sparingly. Lin was sick and Swaggy is technically still injured.

UPDATE: According to the Los Angeles Times, Young still needs at least another week for the left fractured knee cap to heal. Young has now missed 17 games and with just over two weeks remaining on the 2014-15 regular season schedule, he probably won't return before it ends.

Nick Young has been dealing with a sore left knee since Feb. 22 and Wednesday the Los Angeles Lakers revealed he has a small fracture to the knee cap. The plan is to have him meet with a doctor weekly to have the knee checked out to see how much it is healing. A return to the court for some part of the final four weeks of the season is uncertain.

"He signed some autographs, went back in and got some treatment and that was about it," head coach Byron Scott told ESPNLosAngeles.com regarding what Young did during Wednesday' practice.

With just four weeks remaining on the schedule, there is a good chance he won't play again. Injuries have limited Young to just 42 games and he's averaging 13.4 points and 2.3 rebounds.

With Young unavailable, Scott has been giving the extra minutes to Wayne Ellington, Wesley Johnson and Jabari Brown and that will continue.
