I hope so, I'd like too see Farmar attack the basket in this one, he played good in his last game, but you can see he was clearly rusty. Might take him a couple more games to get his feet back.

Exactly what they should do. Stay aggressive, attack the basket, hustle, and fer cryin' out loud play some defense...

Yea LALakersboy. It is pretty obvious that he is just playing for a paycheck and Short Buss had half a brain, or whomever is running the Lakers, I'd get with Mitch and map out a strategy and pull the trigger on this dude.

I don't believe Pau will improve and that he should have recovered from his off season surgery. If the team hovers around .500 at trade deadline, there will be teams in playoff hunt that may go after him.

:agree: the sooner better, what the hell are they waiting for ? honestly this should of been done 2 season's ago :L

No way he improves, his numbers are going down each season & this season they have really dropped. I dont see him getting any better especially with dumbtoni around. There was about 5 plays on Christmas day Vs Miami where the Lakers had a chance to rebound the ball & Gasoft let's Bosh & Andersen get put backs, no boxing out what so ever. He looks like a dead statue in the paint

That shit was pissing me off :gaah:

Fuck You Gasoft :bullshit:

Don't hold back Lakersboy

Gasol seems to have checked out a few years ago, right around the 2011 playoffs. Something was going on with his lady at that time if I remember correctly. Phil had to knock him in the chest against Dallas to try and spark him. Since then there has been a lot of half-assing on his part. Trade him only if it's a worthy one. Otherwise, just renounce his rights at the end of the season and use the cap space elsewhere.

I appreciate the titles Pau but getting tired of your half-ass efforts.

More opportunity for Kaman and Sacre tonight with Pau out. Those two give great effort.

Lakersrule, the lady thing you are referring to was the infamous Shannon Brown hit-down. Brown had the hots for Gasbag's babe and he caused quite an undercurrent of angst and hutzspah in the locker room by attempting to hit on her. This is when guys like Fisher, Metta, Odom, and Luke Walton were still around. That was about the time that the Lakers first started dangling Gasbag out there to see what trades might develop.

Apparently like Lamar Odom, Gasbag was deeply hurt by all of these goings on and he never has recovered from it. Since then, he has been dangled out there in trade rumors nearly every year and he apparently needs or rather demands alot of "love" to be shown to him before he'll play hard. LALakersboy has it right, this dude should have been gone when they first jerked him around. But since Short Buss is running things, none of this occurred.

I believe he has now become and will continue to be an albatross. I think he is still here because Kobe still sticks up for him but I think Don'knowi has made it clear that he rather he'd be gone. So, because Don'tknowi isn't about to take on Kobe, especially in the press, Gasbag is going to continue to contrive things (consciously or unconsciously) to not play.

I mean the upper respiratory thing was one thing but now we have another physical malady to keep him from playing. This is going to be the pattern. When he doesn't want to play, he'll get sick or hurt. I suppose his behavior could be classified as passive-aggressive and I think inwardly he is tired of being jerked around and wants to get even by dragging his feet and still pick-up a hefty paycheck. All of this after three championships. I really believe he needs a fresh start to finish his career but I doubt that it will occur this year and they'll let him walk without getting anything in return.

Kaman, Hill, and Sacre all give an effort that Gasbag just doesn't want to give anymore. So, it'll be a different ball game with those guys picking up the vacuum left by Gasbag.
