There apparently is a new atmosphere in Lakersland with Luke as head coach. Everyone is focusing on a new direction and it has become infectious. When you have the HC complimenting before he criticizes, you know things have finally turned for the better. This is evident in this story.

The general atmosphere at training camp seemed a lot better than it has been in years. These guys not only want to grow as players themselves but want their friends and teammates to grow too - I LOVE that!

Didn't get to see last nights game due to the time difference, but it sounds like the team was doing well until they put the 3rd string team in at the end.

If he does, it's over Yi and Auguste. None of the 3 are all that inspiring, but at least Robinson had a strong finish to last season. Metta hasn't shown much either, although he's always been one of my favorites.

Young showed that he's still the same player as last year from what I saw (small sample size obviously). Doesn't have any positive imprint on the game unless he's hitting his often poorly-chosen shots.

I do like the action of Luke playing everyone. That is what preseason is for and I am sure the players like the inclusiveness.

I think Auguste might disagree, lol. Is he injured? Hasn't seen the court through 3 preseason games and was the first of these camp invitees added after playing on the summer league team.
