IF he had NOTHING to do with this whole thing, then yes I think we should try and sign him. But I will also say that I have known how men react in situations like this. SO while I hope he is innocent for his sake, Im willing to go with SMGM on this one. And if he thinks we should steer clear, IM with him.

YOu know I got to kind of wonder. If he had simply issued a statement saying, he had nothing to do with it. He was not the babys father, and had simply stayed in Chicago for the draft instead of all these yall better draft me or I will sit out crap, would some team have still drafted him. Got to say that leaving the draft kinda made him more of a target than just handling his business.

That's was my point way back. I think the kid got some really bad advice. He should've gotten way ahead of things and issue press releases and made him look like a regular draft choice. Instead, he maintained radio silence, issued ultimatums, didn't deny anything, and looked very irregular all throughout.
