I thought the Golden State win was the game of the year, then the Indiana win, now I think this is the win of the year.

Portland has been winning big games against great teams since the start of the season.

I keep expecting it to end. But it doesn't. Portland is making me believe the truly are contenders and will at least win a couple of series this year.

whew.

What a game.

This Blazer fan just gained mad respect for Blake Griffin and this Clips team.

Already had it for CP3 of course.

They are making several believers in the PAC NW for sure.

Setting themselves up for homecourt. Which is oh so sweet.

Still would like to see them win some big games away from Portland. December 31st is their first real chance in Oklahoma

That will be a huge test for Portland.

I hate the Thunder and I most likely be drunk. Should be fun unless Portland gets blown out.

Meyers Leonard came in and played some good D on Blake Griffin and hit a shot. I think Stotts is wise to give him some minutes and keep him in game shape in case one of the bigs goes down. Have you fans heard any talk of sending him down to the D-League and letting him play?

He moved up and took Thomas Robinson's spot in the rotation.

I like it. Robinson gave me a headache. Leonard isnt going to screw up and he gives solid minutes.

He can play some defense on the 4s and most 5s. An extra 7 footer in the lineup provides more rebounding. I am for the move. Stotts ftw on this one.

I was on the Leonard bandwagon for a while but now I'm off. He has the height and the frame to be a bruising center, but he is too timid and too clumsy at this point to be anything more than a garbage time player.

I hope I'm wrong, but I don't see Leonard ever contributing anything beyond a few rebounds and a few turnovers a game.

I'm kinda upset with myself that I turned this game off at the end of the 1st quarter. No team should want to be the 5 seed in the West so these games are huge.

No team should want to be seeded 3-6 in the west because you will find yourself in a dog fight. Let's say OKC/SAS get the first 2 seeds. That means seeds 3-6 will include these times most likely:

Blazers
Clippers
Rockets
Warriors/Mavs/Suns

Imagine Blazers/Warriors and a Clippers/Rockets first round

Well, OKC will be one of those top 2 seeds. I do think teams would rather play the Mavs and Suns than the other teams but everything is so tight that nothing is set in stone. All we know is that the Rockets arent scared of the Spurs, the Clippers seem to be on the wrong side of close games and the Blazers take care of business at home.
