So I guess we can assume that Shanahan is gone on Black Monday. Any idea if we will hire a new GM first and then a coach? I am assuming we hire a GM quickly and then he will hire the coach. Timing will have to be perfect for all of this. Hopefully its Gamble and he takes it from there. Allen needs to be coming up with as much cap room as possible.

I honestly think with Allen as President, an actual funcitioning GM and a coach, we will be alot better off. I believe Snyder is has learned alot and is taking a backseat to alot of things. Good news is that we have a lot of cap room and we have some talent on the roster. I wish we could do the same thing KC did and bring in a lot of FA to fill the holes.

You can't neuter a control freak like Mike and expect him to be effective. He will be resentful and will eventually implode. Don't bother. Either keep him and let him have who he wants on his staff or let him go. My bet is he is gone the day after the last game.

Even homerism bias aside, I think it's probably best for Kyle. No matter what happens if/when he does this, it will be on its own merits, not because of "dad". Probably a pretty healthy thing for him.

Really really disappointing to see the poisonous atmosphere with regards to the qb and head coach. Really expected more from both of them. I think the "bizarre" feeling in the building isn't full blown disenchantment because the players would just like the season to be over and get away from the illwill.
