Kyle Love

The recently released Kyle Love could be a good addition to our DT rotation, imo.

We need a 4th DT, and although I'm still hoping we bring Corey Williams back, Love would be an acceptable alternative.

He's not a big stats producer, but he's been a full time starter for the Patriots for the last two seasons. As a rotational guy for us he could be a nice one year "stop-gap" option until we can re-stock with a younger guy.

I am curious to see what the fallout from the patriots breaking the Americans with disabilities act is first. I don't want to bring in a guy who will be a media distraction.

Sounds like he just wants to play some ball. I don't think he'd be much of a distraction... if anything it'd make the Lions the "good guy" for giving him a job after he was illegally terminated by the Pats.
