honesltly, all the positive things that are happening Carson is responsible for. His powerplay forced MB to embrace change and officially scrap the Carson and Ocho era and draft Green + Dalton...now we get at least a FIRST and SECOND round pick for the guy? Just unbelievable...

1) New medical staff
2) Bengals will be practicing in a bubble over the winter
3) Got rid of Chad
4) Got rid of Brat and opened the door for a great OC
5) Got a 1st and 2nd round pick

There's probably more.
