If you know the going rate for your line of work was $200k a year, would you take a job paying $125k because your boss felt you were only worth that much, but the company across the street was willing to pay you the $200k and maybe more??

One of the funnier things that a couple of them wrote, was that he was the "ultimate team guy" and because of that they would not be surprised if he took a "hometown discounted contract" (note the quotes) .
