I'll give you a few things that would help the Rams versus the Cards.

On defense:
-Pressure up the middle versus Palmer. Making him move laterally causes issues with his accuracy at times. Palmer consistently steps up in the pocket to avoid pressure from the edges.
-Matchup a CB against Ellington when he lines up as a WR. If you use a LB or safety, he will beat them.
-Don't underestimate Arians. Situations rarely dictate play calling. Meaning 3rd & short or even being on his own goal line won't dissuade him from going deep if the matchup is there with Floyd or Brown.

On offense:
-The Cardinals are consistently going to have 5-6 DB(s) on field. Don't let them bait you into running the ball because of that.
-Don't get bogged down trying to run the ball in early downs which might consistently leave you in 3rd & longs. The Cardinals defensive focus is to stop the run, it's what they are good at.
-Crossing routes on 3rd down. The Cards will blitz on 3rd down & leave their CB(s) in one-on-one matchups. If the pressure doesn't get there, chances are that the crossing route WR will be open.

I hope this gives you a general idea of what to look for as you watch the game.

Abduct Larry Fitzgerald like Lois Einhorn did to Dan Marino in Ace Ventura.

Well, we have given up exactly 34 points in 4 loses and 31 in the other one, so based on that, if we give up less than 31 points we should win. Or we haven't lost a game all year in which we haven't scored at least 35 points, but than again, we haven't won any that we have scored at least 35 either!:suds:

Play exactly like we did last weekend (but with more offense), or forget about it.

Actually. You know what... Just forget about it.

Very close to it Smed!

Of course, if anyone would have said, "Don't choke in the fourth quarter" would of had B-I-N-G-O! :yahoo:

Nobody said it because everybody knew better. Four quarters of football is asking WAY too much of the Rams.
