Not disagreeing with this but that doesn't always make somebody a good Head Coach. There is more to the job than that. I loved him as our DC and am interested to see what he does up in LA with Aaron Donald to work with. At the same time I know our secondary players absolutely loved Joe Woods working with them so willing to see what he can bring to the table knowing many did view him as an up and coming prospect for teams to look at.

CD you do get I was talking keeping him as a DC but I still think he was fine as a Head Coach .. Bills one fluke play from SB and as ZDallas Head Coach they came rather close to the SB also .

If Elway called in the Office and told him IO am hiring you as Head Coach he would of done it .

Well you had mentioned that anybody that tried to tell you he wasn't a good Head Coach and so I was just pointing to the fact that he himself said he wasn't a good head coach. Not the worst by any means but far from the best.

As a DC like I said I will miss him. I like Joe Woods though so am interested to see what all happens. And I wish I had all the story of what happened between Wade and Elway. There are rumors floating around about what lead to the two deciding parting was the best decision so if any of those are true I understand more of letting him go. At the same time I will definitely miss the guy. He will always hold a dear place in my Bronco heart for being the guy that made this defense legendary.

Shane Ray is really the big X factor this year? He could really boost the D up or we could be letdown by him.

The normal guys we know and trust are gonna be there.

Ray will exceed expectations. He's got a great first step and honed his craft under two of the best out there
