Only in baseball do guys an organization has fired for being a miserable failure have a chance to come right back as if their past history of sucking meant nothing. SD must be insane to even ponder taking KT back. Are there that few people out there that could be a GM?

The D-backs are just stupid enough to take Byrnes back though. Might as well just keep swapping crap with SD and we can both remain irrelevant for decades.

Towers and Byrnes have had their chances tow run two franchises into the ground, how they are ever considered for anything is baffling. Can it get worse? Padres replaced Byrnes with Minaya and Hinch, so i guess the answer is technically yes....
