Interesting. I suspect they share the job like the reporter says. Jordan Hicks has been surprisingly good. In a sense, it's what Chip talked about all along, only instead of Kiko Alonso, it will be Hicks alternating with Demeco Ryans and Mychal Kendricks.

Kendricks just signed a long term deal, Iggy. We want depth - now we have it. Demeco won't be here more than 1 more year, so we'll have 3 real good ILB's. A good thing, eh?

I like to think of it as it will be awesome to have all three for a while

You may be right - a good comparison. Hope he overcomes the injury bug -he's a playmaker. I think Hicks compares with Ryans, especially as he grows, and becomes more physical. If Demeco was never injured, he would have been a perennial all-pro.
