I think Shanny had the right idea. He made a system that fit the QB and the talent. Shanny's problem is he's a real prick and a douche bag.
Gruden on the other hand. Supposed to be a QB guru, yet every QB on the Skins roster has gotten worst each year versus better. Instead of trying to square peg into the square hole, he's doing the opposite. Granted some of it is for the better of RG3 long term and RG3 himself doesn't want to run the ball as much, so there's issues. I still dont think Gruden is a very good coach. I think Shanny is a better one, but was just too old and set in his ways.
