Yes. I'm interested to see what Gabbert does. Ever since Kaepernick got hammered by the fans and press for the two pick-sixes he holds the ball forever or throws it in the stands. The team has zero chance. I'd like to see if Gabbert gets the ball out quickly like the 49er offense is designed for and if it helps some with the line problems.

Kap will be on the bench for only a game or two. The 9ers need him to build some trade value for next season.

That looks to be the plan at the moment. Even if he plays out the rest of the season and does well he won't be back. That will just make him a bit better on trade value but I don't think we can get much for him.
