Fowler is injured this week.

Raymond may get a shot as a return man this week. He could be one a small audition or back to the PS... It's hard to say. Apparently we don't want to play Latimer but at the same time we don't wanna cut him yet... I'd expect a WR to be off the roster in a week or so... Could be Raymond back to the PS, a cut or someone to IR.. Marlon Brown is gonna get a shot this week. Would be nice to see Latimer get back in there in a last ditch effort. If Raymond shows signs of a dependable return man early then Norwood could be in trouble.

7 WR's and we have 2 LS's on the roster currently.... Won't see that often.

I mean we have Billy Turner and Connor MCGovern who we haven't given a chance yet. Seems we are being patient with these young guys not getting the job done. Soon if we lose a few more games, we are gonna start shaking some things up to see what we have for next year.

Yep, let's waste a roster spot on just a return guy especially punting. The top return guys so far this year consist of Antonio Brown,BCooks,T.Hilton, D.Sproles, J EdelmanT.Austin,P.Peterson and a couple more at LEAST # 3 wrs on their perspective teams. None, I repeat none, have great return avgs. What they do however have in common is... wait for it......confidence of their coaches to field the punt and make smart decisions. Wow! It's like a whole new concept nowdays! . The " top " NFL teams for some stupid reason use their top " good hands " people to handle a position that is very critical in wins and losses. E. Sanders should be back there for every punt from here on.

I have never been a big Norwood fan. He has always struggled a bit with muffing punts and his ability when he does catch it really isn't anything special. I mean you could stick just about anybody back there and they can run 5 yards straight forward and get tackled. This year alone I think he has muffed 4 punts to my count. I was just waiting for one of these to happen and cost us a game. I can understand the frustration of Talib and actually I'm told Darian Stewart was on the sideline cussing him out. Huge play. At least Raymond brings a bit of explosion to the position. I'm not sure I trust his hands anymore than Norwood but I'm a little more willing to put up with some uncertainty if the player has the ability to turn a game because of a big play in the return game.

And I doubt these 8 WR's last beyond a week or two. Cuts will be coming. Most likely a RB will be added to this roster (possibly Forsett) and it wouldn't surprise me to see them bring back Bruton.

Norwood may be a good guy, but he gets more snaps than his talent would dictate.

Latimer has the desire and athleticism - he's the guy I'm in denial about - cause I think Latimer will succeed on any number of teams in the league.

Norwood is NFL material, we just depend on him more than I like to see.
