I got into it with Cazic many times om the old Warriors Board. He was obsessive, starved for attention, and otherwise very annonying but in my experience it was all about play on the field, not the vulgar stuff being posted on the general board

because people like to stir things up for no reason. Pointless crap. Some people on here are drama queens…..cough cough crimson.

A lot of people don't understand what opinions are and some people don't understand what facts are. U give them facts and they still think you are wrong its crazy.

I like debates but a lot of people don't know how to debate. Some one brings up a good idea or point instead of saying good point they call you names. Just the way these boards are.

I would say that there is only one person on this board that doesn't seem to understand the difference between statement and fact. This same person also doesn't seem to understand the concept of a debate and regularly calls people "Crazy" and "Liar"

Maybe if this one person could "get a clue" it might help in solving the problems you have pointed out.

Can't speak on that because I generally stay away from the general board, but I don't have much of a problem with what Hammer has posted on the Niners board. While there are enough of his comments that I don't agree with, I accept that my views are not going to be shared most of the time (though I do get uppity when I feel the urge).

Hammer is very respectful on the team boards and even on the NFL General Boards he usually takes a few humorous jabs at players he does not like. It has been clear for some time he does not like Kapernick and really went hard on it. The Seahawk Trolls decided to join in and make it worse. There are some good posts over there I enjoy participating in, but that thread is downright absurd. To summarize

Kap is a rapist
Kap is another Aaron Hernandez that belongs in jail
Kap should be castrated
Kap should be hung
Kap drugged and raped that women

Lot more, but you ger the idea

I dont dislike the guy. He used to annoy me, now at times he amuses me. When he made that "People dont understand" post, the irony just got the better of me.
But just because he is a Niner fan doesn't excuse calling people liars. I understand that he has been on the defense a lot lately but when he makes statements that dont add up I would expect people to call him or anybody out on it

I corrected him with a detailed post of all the problems the Niners continued to have in the playoffs, at which time he denied making the statement he had explicitly made in the thread, called me a liar, disappeared for a solid day, then returned and continued calling me a liar. That behavior raised him above an amusing nuisance in my book.

I agree. It is very amusing to see people get worked over Hammerdown's comments without actually seeing that he is playing people like a fiddle. Any serious person can see the wicked humor he is trying to interject into the conversation. Trying to tell people to relax because there are no facts here is a tall order; therefore try and go the extreme to poke fun at it only to realize posters still do not get it. That is funnnnny!
