TobyTyler is about to have a field day!
Did he get banned? I figured we'd have AT LEAST 20 posts by him at this point.

You mean win multiple SB's and think you are invincible, only to get busted doing stupid stuff? if so, they're doing it wrong.
So if you go to night clubs you sexually assault people. Got it.
No that's not it at all. But thanks for playing.
I'm not saying he raped anyone. In fact, he probably didn't. What I am saying is that when you're both a rich athlete and a toolbag and you constantly hang out with a bunch of randos in clubs you're probably going to be put in a shitty situation sooner rather than later. There's no upside there.
Was it a Gang bang?
That's not how I took your post. It states that you are not surprised this happened because of all the pics and the people he hangs out with. It makes it sound like because of the crowd he hangs with and where he hangs with them, that this was bound to happen. As in sexually assaulting somebody.
Now, I full agree that athletes need to understand who they are and what some women are. And keep yourself out of situations where this could happen.
but this cant happen with any other athlete ?No that's not it at all. But thanks for playing.

I think he was looking more at placing oneself in a position where he could be accused of something like this happening. That can be tough to avoid, though, for any player.
If some thing did happen. It seems Kap wasn't in the room when it occured from Barrow report.

The report is based on the woman's recollection, but based on that there are apparently several hours where she has no idea what happened. The strength of this case will likely come down to forensics, unless there's an admission.
