Rumors run rampant of his connection to Boston. Apparently he hasn't waived his NTC but told Burke he'd look favorably on a trade to Beantown.

I heard from Bobby Mac about him being willing to go to Boston, not that he waived anything. After many moments where it seemed imminent that he'd be traded, now the only thing being said is that they're having discussion.

I actually thought he would get dealt last year.

But I guess you're right. Puck moving defensemen are in demand right now and Kaberle is clearly one of those types of defensemen. Still, if he is only interested in Boston then he might not get traded again...

Burke has always overvalued Kaberle. That's why when he had the chance to trade him over the summer no deal was made. Burke wants the moon. It will be interesting to see if any team bites.
