Just traded Mike Stanton, Thoughts?

So I just agreed to a big deal, 5x5 standard scoring, h2h. I traded away Stanton and Keuchel, and I'm receiving Bumgarner, Alex Wood, and Michael Brantley. Any thoughts??

Risky, and on paper it might look bad, but I like it. Brantley is having a career year, and shouldn't slow down too much, if at all. Massive pitching upgrade!

Thanks, was willing to take the risk. And it is a keeper league, so Brantley comes with some surplus values as he can be kept for the round he was drafted in the this year, 23rd round.

The only was this isn't a good deal for you is if Stanton had similar keeper value.

Agreed. I"ve always said it'd take a helluvalot for me to deal Stanton..well, you got a helluvalot. Nice deal IMHO

Well, he decided no go on Alex Wood, but I got Marcus Stroman instead, which I'm fine with.

Yeah, Staton's keeper value is a first round pick, so definitely getting an upgrade on the keeper side.

Because he went by Mike throughout his minor league career and his first season in the majors. He switched to Giancarlo when the Marlins moved to Miami.
