Now I remember why I hated that place........ Just trying to read a post there now hurts me eyes........

It is finally great to have a men's basketball team in the discussion of the NCAA Tournament. Having said that, I am disappointed in the "average" Husker fan. This is the fan who claims to be a huge volleyball supporter. "Average" Husker fan is also the one who claims to have loved Husker baseball during those trips to Omaha with Alex Gordon. "Average" Husker fan also loves that football team when they are winning, but is also the one saying "Bo Pelini must be fired" after losing to Iowa State at home. Now, all of a sudden, "average" Husker fan comes out of the woodwork and is now proclaiming to be a men's basketball fan. Where have you been the last 13 years? I know they haven't had a winning program, but come on, the team needs support win or lose. You can't pick and choose when you want to like a team. Those of you who say you can are simply a fan of winning and not of the team that you support. I've loved this team since I can remember. I had season tickets through the years and have tried to catch every game on t.v. that I can. Those of you who have stood by this team, GOOD FOR YOU!! You make me proud. To the "average" Husker fans I say, who needs you. They have done it without you up to this point.
