Here's a weird stat. Realmuto needs 4 homers and 3 stolen bases to join the 20/20 club. I think he would be the first catcher ever to do that. Fisk got the homeruns but topped out at 17 sbs. Jason Kendall had some 20+ SB seasons but never got the 20 homers. Biggio was a catcher but as a catcher he only hit 22 homers in 410 games so I doubt he went 20/20 as a catcher. Is there anyone else who might have done it. (I know I could probably just Google that exact question but that takes the fun out of it)

Yeah I wasn't sold on the Deal when they made it because I hated giving up Sixto Sanchez but you can't help but like him. He's a great catcher and the way he can contribute on offense is a bonus.

That being said, I just found a season (1999) where Pudge Rodriguez went 35/25

I just watched that clip of the Realmuto ejection again and I have to say, as of now Kimbrel is my least favorite Phillie. Come on man, you gotta dick around trying 3 different baseballs before you can throw a pitch? He seems like a douche. Then again, maybe I just hate the man bun......

I wouldn't be surprised if things ended badly for him. Then again that is true of most relievers not named Mariano Rivera. More importantly, we can start answering these questions in One more day!

Kimbrel was good for the Sox but watching him in the 2018 postseason took a few years off my life, glad the Sox avoided extending him. 117 ERA+ since leaving.

I thought this was bs in my opinion. It’s not like he was trying to make the umpire look like a fool or arguing with him he just made a mistake.
