The Bonus is already accounted for in his $17 million cap hit.

His base for 2018 is $13.5 million the bonus pro rate is $3 million and his roster bonus is .5 Million $17M cap hit if he plays.

If he is cut we eat the remaining $9M in bonus prorate 17-9= 8. So we would save $8 million against the cap.

We would also need to replace him. And either way, Cousins contract will have zero bearing on if we keep or cut Norman.

We MIGHT resign Breeland, Fuller is a slot corner AKA #3 on the depth chart. Dunbar,,, is NOT a #1 CB. And I like Dr Maroue, but the reality is cutting Norman would be foolish.
