Five is a big number when it comes to concussions. I hope he's okay, because I've seen what Kirk looks like without Jordan on the field and it's not pretty.

There is a Reed thread somewhere where I listed all the concussions back to college days. Feel like the number 5 is one off but I can't remember

Cant help but wonder how much longer we will be seeing him. Love the guy but this many concussions/injuries has to weigh into his thinking on playing the game at this point. Nothing is more important than your overall health

Honestly I'm just concerned about him as a human and his long term outlook on health at this point. Such a nice, classy, overall good dude.

Well if he can't go, this is where Davis really has to shine. Honestly, I have concerns about Reed's career moving forward at this rate. That may be a bit of hyperbole but like Sean Taylor, Reed is special. I would hate to see his career cut short. Knock on wood.

After the wife went to bed I watched tue 2nd half again. Pretty sure I identified the play, short pass where he got hit in the back of the head and immediately reacted.

By the way Trent Williams was a stud in pass pro all game. A few times his guy shot off ths edge and he had the feet to stay with him. Our pass protection right now is tremendous. If we fcan find a cemter and a good running back we are in a good situation on that side of the ball.

Yeah that was another thing I picked up last night. The OL got really good push on a few big runs in the 2nd half. Scherff absolutely destroyed his guy on one run to his side, love watching that. Then Kelly made a nice quick move, then shot into a big hole on the left where Long among others cleared out.

Yeah, Long has looked promising and the tandem of he and Scherff has produced some nice looking blocks. Here's one...
