Yeah this is a good move. If I was the coach I would move Kilgore to guard and have Marcus Martin play center. Thomas and Looney can be backup guards while Pears is a backup tackle.

Probably a better fit to have Kilgore at C and Martin at G, if those are our two starters. I don't think Kilgore is physical enough for guard.
