Buzz more a homer than TAG as relates team 'favorite' players. Would not be surprised to hear Buzz compliment Murphy for pulling the right bat out of the rack or for how nice his socks look. Of course ... Murphy rolls over on a soft grounder to second his next time up it would have been "a scorched liner to second".

I always liked josh lewin alot. I have never been a big fan of TAG... I guess buzz is alright. He seems pretty knowledgable when he wants to be. But shit guys, Im on board with bringing in ralph strangis because he's my favorite of all time

Yes, bring on Ralph! I'm not sure how much he knows about baseball but it would still be way more entertaining.

Never liked Lewin, he was never talking about the game, always off on some tangent somewhere else,

Thats the only reason I tolerate TAG and Buzz, they at least talk about the game

Lewin had 10 years of shit to call. He had one of the hardest jobs in sports. He had to talk about a shitty baseball team for 9 innings. He's smart, clever, and oh so funny with the wit. One of the worst thing's Nolan ever did was shove his nose into the broadcasting booth.

I respectfully disagree there. I think what Lewin brought was great. 162 games of 9 inning baseball every single day and you talk all baseball can get tiresome. I thought Lewin was the perfect announcer for his knowledge and for the fact that he talked things other than baseball which would be able to cater to the mass audience of old and young people.

I think there will be a day Lewin is asked to come back.

There will always be disagreement when it comes to that, that's fine, its whatever floats your boat

Everytime he gives a game break I imagine the song "The Red" is playing in Tag's head except the words are "Seeing Rhads again".
