The Jimmy Raye in SD is Jimmy Raye's (49ers/Jets) SON. Jimmy Raye (SD) is thought by many to be one of the up-and-comers among those currently working in a personnel department.

The Bears are also interviewing Marc Ross from the Giants. He may have my favorite résumé in the league among the people who don't already head up a personnel department. Jimmy Raye would appear on that short list as well if I were asked my opinion.
