Jets Cut Sanchez, Sign Vick

The Jets will sign Michael Vick, according to media reports. They will sign him to a one-year deal, worth $5 million.

Vick spent the last five seasons with the Eagles, throwing for nearly 10,000 yards, with 57 touchdowns and 33 interceptions.

They have released Mark Sanchez.

Their QB situation just when from bad to kind of bad. I don't know if Vick will win any more games as the starter. I would just let Geno sink or swim. Let's face it, the Jets aren't making a playoff run anytime soon so might as well see how the young man progresses from one year to the next.
