Anyway we can talk the league into letting us have the all white jersey's and helmet for away games and the orange / black combos for home games for now on? haha
The sad part about the white tiger uniforms is that it now limits how often we'll see the orange. It also means that we likely won't see the orange jersey/white pants/orange socks look anytime soon. That was a really clean look that was much better with the new uniforms than it was with the old.
Pointless uniform rant coming (don't read if this stuff doesn't interest you).
I know it's sort of lame to talk about uniform stuff, but the NFL has some odd policies which end up allowing some terrible behaviors and limiting some good ones. The Bengals full set is very good - Mostly because all the players wear the same sock color and they are thoughtfully paired with the pants so that it doesn't look like players are wearing yoga pants (like the Saints; or when the Ravens wear black). But, we're only allowed to use some of our coolest stuff for 3 games a year. Meanwhile, you have the New York Jets - a team that we can all agree is Green - who haven't worn Green jerseys OR pants for the entire season. They have either been in black or white in every game.... And they look stupid.
