I honestly don't care if a guy tested positive for weed. Clearly he is a dumbass because he knows he will be tested on a certain date. If he can play his ass off on sundays then I don't care if he smokes some weed on a tuesday.

I agree, but doesn't it concern you that they all know this and still do it? I don't know if they said exactly what the infractions were and I wouldn't take any of these guys off my draft board for it, but you do have to at least scratch your head and take a deeper look at the guy. I hope this drops Jernigan and we pick him in hte 2nd round.
