He's talking about me
You don't argue with everyone. I consider this give and take with you a form of escalated banter and nothing more but I guess he can't take it.
He's talking about me
He was mad I said Rodgers made the plays to win and cutler didn't, and that that's typical of their careers.
I even said it wasn't Cutler's fault lol.
Anybody in here know this poster and who the hell he's talking about?
Hey,he's Canadian - he doesn't even know WHO he is talking about. Probably all of us, sorry Krafty, I know you want to be the one but we are ALL a pain in the ass! Happy New Year!
Tell me I'm wrong in this thread Harold.
Carroll's done a hell of a job but the ideas that draft position doesn't matter or that you expect every pick to succeed are hilarious.
Should I rule with an iron fist instead?
It compresses the value scale, but the difference between high and low first round picks is still massive.
14 is middle, not high. Seattle actually drafted 6th that year. The 14 was a (good) trade from the year before.
We have taken offensive players as well. You don't draft one side of the ball and more value to work with leaves you more value to take defenders with.

Also 25% higher (because that's actually the correct way to phrase that), would be, over a four year stretch, the equivalent of an extra year. The difference doesn't stay that high, but 25% higher value is a substantial difference.
