Game 1: Kazmir v. Hendriks
Game 2: Chavez v. ?
Game 3: Pomeranz v. Happ
Two red-hot first place teams about to square off! Feels good saying that. Should be an interesting series. Oakland has been incredibly good this year both on the mound and at the play. They are playing like a complete team and none of these games will be easy.
On our side, the Jays are probably the scariest lineup in baseball right now. Just about every guy can go yard at any given at-bat. Melky and Juan Francisco both have 8 HRs, and that's before you even get to talking about Joey Bats and EE.
Game 1: I'm definitely pulling for Hendriks. He's been bad the few times he got some MLB time when he was with the Twins, but the guy has been lights out in Buffalo. His stats are just nasty. He's earned this start. Let's hope he makes the most of it. I like our chances to rough up Kazmir.
Game 2: Anyone know who is starting this game? Chavez has been really good.
Game 3: Pomeranz has been great. His ERA isn't under 1.00. Hard to argue with that.
GO JAYS!!! 10-game homestand...let's put some distance on the Stankees and Os.
