Jason Bay GONE

Well Jason Bay is designated for assignment mainly due to Morse being activated from injury so he will see even less time in the OF. Didnt really do to much hitting around the mendoza line showed a little bit of power.

I fear this is going to be Dustin Ackleys Fate one day with the way he has been playing. He has just hasnt been getting any better

Looks like Brandon Maurer is also being activated to play out of the bullpen

Sucks for Bay, I was kinda hoping he would come home and re invent himself, he wasn't hitting though and that's the big item this team needs..

Maurer talked with one of the Root reporters on sunday and they mentioned he would be coming out of the pen and he was aware that was going to be his role...

Just an optimists thought, but think possibly Morse can come back and be this version of the 95 Griffey coming off an injury? Help push them to a playoff run possibly.

Actually, Ackley's been hitting much better lately
