Jags waive Jason Hill

That blows my mind. He's starting for them, and has one yard fewer and two TDs more than Mike Thomas on 19 fewer targets.

Incidentally, Hill is a guy I would consider looking into. He's a decent receiver, familiar with the players, and was a good gunner when he was here, so he has STs value. I'd probably give him the nod over Swain given his ability as a receiver. They're almost exactly the same size and Swain is only four months younger.

Agree, not like were using swain for much might as well try and pick up hill.

Wow that move is a head scratcher by the Jags. He was easily one of their top 3 WR's. I swear since cutting Garrad it's like the Jags entire motto this year has been do what it takes to lose.

They really should have drafted Tebow. He may not have been the QB to lead them anywhere, but he would have sold out that stadium for a few years.

maybe they'll trade for him. you gotta think that denver will try to trade tebow after this season. i think miami is the most likely but if gabbert isn't their guy then maybe they'll bring in tebow for a little competition.

or how about a team like miami brings in vince young and tebow and they can play at the same time...one at h-back, the other at qb...switching back and forth...with tebow anything is possible. haha. glad he's not on the niners!
