Stupid Question - Do you think teams will on purpose miss tying extra points inside the final minute - in order to have the opportunity to convert a 4th and 15 and keep the ball?

I'm all for doing something that is more fun than an onside kick, but I don't like situations where you get awarded for missing a point on purpose.

Would be akin to a basketball player intentionally missing a free throw. But would have a much higher risk.

I could see it happen occasionally, but I don’t think a lot of teams would try it over a definite tie game.

After more thought it gives a team like KC an unfair advantage
Think Andy doesn’t use it in all three playoff games.Kc could e down 17-0 and in a couple plays be down 17-14

does a Team in baseball get 4 outs or get to bat twice within the same inning.
