With the extra time on my hands, I've been reliving Oregon's previous Rose Bowl championships.

Opening kick off is September 2, I'm thinking we have a few hours till the Official Game Thread. But it may start something like;

Southern Utah a perennial power from the Big Sky Conference will be coming to play the >20 Oregon Ducks. I say greater than 20 cause the to early to pick em preseason rankings haven't even come out yet, but we all know with the strong recent history the Ducks have had there is no way they can be ranked at anything worse than #20. In all likelihood Oregon will launch their case for a National Championship with an impressive win over Southern Utah. Many may walk away from the game seeing a score around 157 to 3 and think Southern Utah isn't very good, but in reality Southern Utah will most likely compete for the FCS championship, its just that Oregon is that great. The only reason why I think Southern Utah will score three points is the Oregon fifth string will give up a late score, otherwise it would be a shut out.
