And I am still correct about it.

I can explain the concept of free agency to you, if need be.

This kid backtracks and cherry picks every chance he can get. He’s like a kid who did something bad at school and he is telling the story to his parents.

All that means is that Milton was on the court with better players vs worse opponents.

No, it doesn't. It means Vincent and his teammates were outscored in the 2/3rds of the game that he played. While Milton and his teammates outscored their opponents by the eventual margin, in just 1/3rd of the game.

For example, it means that Vincent checked-in for Hayes at 6:55 of the first with a 9-pt lead. He hits two threes shortly thereafter -- basically the best possible play you will see from Vincent. But Hield also makes 2 threes, so the lead is 12 when Milton checks in for Hachimura 3 minutes later. Over the next 4 minutes with both Vincent and Milton playing, the lead grows to by just 1 point. At which point, Vincent checks out for Finney-Smith. By the time Vincent returns to the floor at 8:19 of the second (with Reaves), Milton and colleagues have ballooned the lead to 23 points in just 4 minutes. The lead remains at 23 until Milton checks-out at 6:19. Vincent plays another couple minutes while the lead drops back to 21.

In other words, in last night's game, the decisive stretch occurred with Milton on the floor, and Vincent safely on the bench, where he could do no harm. On the floor during that stretch were James, Milton, Finney-Smith, Hachimura, and Hayes -- against Curry, Green, Moody, Podziemski, and Jackson-Davis/Post.

Once again, tell me you don't watch games and only read stat lines.

Believe it or not, reading is actually useful. Often more so than watching a game at a bar while knocking back beers. And, a person can even do both.

They were playing great, and were absolutely loaded with talent, and winning -- more than anyone.

Do you even know thing one about how lines are set, and why? Obviously not. Lines are set to balance the bookmaker's exposure to various events. They do not decide, or attempt to decide, who is the best team.

In particular, a surprising team whose reputation has not yet caught up with their play, will usually have higher odds than they ought to.

For example, right now, one can still get the Rockets at the same price as Phoenix and Minnesota, who have not played nearly as well, and cheaper than the Warriors, who are not likely to make the play-ins.

It's been well beyond your grasp, each time you've tried.

Apparently not everyone can use an apostrophe, though. Guess those are harder than stats.

Yes I do.

If they were actually the best team?

More people would be betting on them and the line would be a lot lower.

+2500 is not a line you see given to the best team in the NBA.

They were loaded with ball dominant scorers who played no defense. Then Lonzo.

They talk about me ten times more than they discuss basketball. Which probably explains why they aren't the basketball gurus that they think they are.

At this point, about a dozen people backslapping each other for ignoring most of basketball-related content on this forum, is most of the "content" here.
I’m sure your brilliant mind can figure out why this is the case.

As far as the backslapping bit, you mean joking around and having fun here and there?

I completely understand why you don’t see this as a good thing as the character you portray or if you indeed are actually like this online and IRL.

LOL. You think you're proving something with this "analysis", but you're really not.

Gee, did the defense get better when DFS came in? Of course it did. He was the impetus, not Milton. And Lebron, who went off in that 2nd quarter.

Did you notice that Vincent was the first guy off the bench, not Milton? Lakers know the better and more important player.

Are you going to tell me Milton was more important to the win than Reaves and Lebron? That Jaxson Hawes was as important as Lebron, since they had the same +/-?

I like this dude, hope he sticks around. You snowflakes will just have to ignore him.
Of course you like him, he’s you minus humor and ability to hear other opinions.

I don’t mind him when he’s doing his thing but the insulting even if subtle is unnecessary considering what he brings to the table.

He's got way more data than I do, I'm not as invested LOL

Yeah the insulting schtick is dumb but if you noticed he's basically stopped. Doesn't bother me one bit that he thinks he's always right, so what? This place was getting boring and he adds value unlike dumbass trolls like Dorian

"It's Time To Hate The Lakers Again"

That infers that there was a time to not hate the lakers, well that's just not true.
