It's time to fire Colquitt

I don't know how he's fooled the coaching staff into thinking he's a capable punter but he's terrible. And it's not like he's had a few bad games so he deserves the benefit of the doubt, every single week he proves himself to be a shit punter save for 1 or god help us 2 good kicks.

And now with McManus deciding that he can't make a FG if it's over 35 yards we can't afford to let Colquitt slide, he needs to be dealt with now before our Special Teams gets any worse.

I think that's the problem. If Denver had even a slightly better option,Colquitt would of been gone before season ever started. You have to admit though, he is a valuable weapon....for opposing teams.

There has to be someone out there who can punt the ball more than 40 yards, there just has to be. Colquitt averaged 37 yards a punt today, 37. That fits in well with his 31 last week at SD.

I don't believe it costs us anything for people to come try out, why not just see who's available. You can[t tell me there's players out there who can't kick the ball any better than Britton.

I really haven't been that bothered by Colquitt punting for us until this year, and he really hit a nerve with me today.

Yeah field position is so critical and this guy is killing us. I wouldn't mind if Denver spent a friggin 4th on one at this point. Hell, they might as well go for it on 4th done every time. Not like we gain anything when he punts anyway.

Star players do not beat you and they did zero to help with Mack
Instead of getting help they just put another 3rd stringer in Harris against Mack with no help
Kubiak never did anything in the playoffs in Houston and it's looking the same way here in Denver. had dalton not gotten hurt kc probably over takes Denver
What did oak have 150 yards total offense
Denver had 1st and goal from the 4 twice and got 6
That's bad play calling as well as execution


Maybe this is also on elway for going hard after Thomas but not closing the deal
Remember fox last year never played schofield and right now looks like the better evaluator of Oline than john and gary

Every system has its pros and cons - and for the ZBS this is one of its weaknesses. Power to get that tough couple yards on the ground when the field is shortened is one of the weaknesses.
