We always here this statement..."it's the same teams every year". While there is alot of truth in that, does it matter? Does it make you less of a fan if your team isn't one of those chosen or does it make the game as a whole less enjoyable for you knowing your team doesn't really have a chance of reaching that gated community that the Alabama's and Georgia's and a few other schools seem to occupy year after year?

I don't think it matters. It's always great when your team is one of the "chosen". But, at the end of the day, I think most folks just want to see the best teams playing each other.

If my team wants to be one of those teams, they need to get better.

I don’t mind it. It just sucks when teams run through their schedules rarely tested in the regular season

Agree. I am hopeful that when the cfp expands, teams will be less worried about losing an OOC game and will start scheduling better.

Depends on how you view things. As a fan of the NFL, the lack of parity is useful for looking at NFL prospects.

Outside of that, it very obviously makes college football more niche than it needs to be. But if you're in that niche it's a good thing.

Personally I don't care I just love college football. I have my team, but there are alot of other teams I enjoy watching as well. Hell I've even grown to respect what Bama does year in year out. Playoff expansion will give more teams a seat at the table, but I don't see it changing the eventual outcome of the season. The top teams will still be the top teams at the end of the day

It does, but powerhouses don't last forever. Look no further than Miami, Nebraska, USC and Tennessee, among other schools.

Very true and I believe we will see that with Alabama once Saban finally retires, but in my life there hasn't been a sustained run like theirs.

Ive begun to get bored with CFB

At least when it was 2 teams you have the same 5 or 6 teams but since only 2 made it each year it at least felt more varied year to year

With 4 teams it just feels the same

Either go back to 2 or go to 8-12. Either way is better than 4

I enjoyed CFB more before playoffs. I used to enjoy watching all the bowl games. Now they are kind of boring and meaningless
