Take the best pitcher from AAA and give it a try. He's not getting the job done.
Martin makes the catch he should and we're not even having this discussion.

We've done that already. Twice.

Well you make a good point for losing more games. It's just a matter of prioritysWell, for one thing, either one of them could get injured - re-injured in Sch's case - and have another pitcher getting his arm replaced and out for the year. It's a bad idea to keep moving guys from BP to starting BP over a year, much less doing it within a season.
I wouldn't do anything with Lewis at this point and under these circumstances.
The ball was smoked in the gap. He then have up the tying run on a line drive. Yes it should have been caught but they hit the ball hard 4 times in that inning along with a walk.
Wash don't wait too long again

Hey that's not my decision and like I said it's a matter of priority.Ross averaged fewer innings with damn near the same ERA as Colby to show for his starts. And Tanner did worse than either one of them, plus got hurt.
How would you feel if they moved either one of those guys back into SP and they got seriously hurt?
Colby is struggling, I agree. But someone's gotta get the ball every 5th day, and if we don't start him, this means we're done with him and should release him.
