speaking of amazing Italian recipe Dishes... last night I was hard pressed for time for dinner.

so I took some classic Italian sauce, added some ground beef and dried oregano and came up with a marinara sauce that Nonna herself could not tell was not from scratch

Not pizza related per se, but I finally got around to visiting Grove Hill Farm which is just a stone's throw from my house and features Italian pasta sauces and gelato. Highly recommend

My daughter went over to my moms Tuesday and spent all day there learning to make lasagne ... tasted great as per usual and hope she can replicate it on her own
