I had pizza last night. Just pepperoni. After 20 years of choosing a ton of toppings* someone suggested I just get one or two so I can appreciate the flavors. Damn if they were not right.




*growing up my brother only wanted just cheese pizza or maybe pepperoni. As always in my mother's family going back generations - the complainers win

I had the shop make me a BLT pizza once. It was a pizza with bacon and sliced tomato, and the shredded lettuce was added to the top after it came out of the oven.

Not bad, but still, give me pepperoni and mushroom any day.
