That's a tough call...If it was syphilis I'd assume he would eat the pizza then head to the clinic. I am not so sure with it being herpes.

Well if he's a pizza snob from Jersey such as myself he'd probably skip it altogether since it looks to be a foreign country and therefore cannot matchup against our far, far superior product.

Speaking of other places not doing foods well, I guess I was intrigued and tried a Mexican restaurant when I went to Iceland. It was pretty much how you would expect Mexican food to taste in Iceland.
