Just caught up on Season 12, wow that finale was crazy. Loved the way Charlie banged the waitress and then finally realized she was a bitch and tried to get away from her. And I didn't know they were writing Glenn out of the show when I watched it but it'll be a shame if he's truly gone. I know they've done crazy filming before when they first hired Danny so they can do it but it's hell on everyone.

I don't think he's gone for good but I believe I've read that the plan is to write around Dennis being gone for most of the new season. It sucks but I trust them to do a good job. They're 13 seasons in and still putting out top notch work. That's almost unheard of.

When does the new season start? I figured it'd still be a while if Kaitlin Olson is currently still filming The Mick unless they did it in between seasons of that.

So back to their old schedule then before the FXX move. Something else I'm wondering is if the Disney buyout goes through with no problems next year, if that'll be a program they keep or if they'll end up dumping it and reformatting the entire network (along with FX).

I just found out that Rob is writing the Minecraft movie which seems crazy to me since that'll be a big movie and he's not super famous outside of IASIP.

I doubt they'll change it. FX is pretty prestigious in the TV community right now. Disney may be evil big business, but they aren't dumb big business. They aren't gonna gut something that makes money and/or wins awards.

Well they are renewed until season 14 so Disney may let them end without much change to the network. Plus Disney has Touchstone Pictures for their more adult movies so no reason why they can't keep some channels aa their adult tv networks as well. Plus they are keeping Deadpool rated R so they know a good thing when they have it.

The show has been renewed through season 14 but with everyone’s side projects going on it takes a lot longer to film and for the seasons to come out.
