They still have to go through the legal process. Rules are rules and the CBA included the hiring rules.

I'm sure that Bienemy and Flores have been called and the Patriots have officially requested permission to speak with them. AND that they have both been told about Mayo being made the promise three years ago.

Supposedly the new GM (Last Year) was one who specifically aligned with Vrabel.

I think AAS is dooming the Titans to mediocracy.

Mike Vrabel - 6 years. Vrabel brought them to the AFCCG and back to back division titles, #1 seed and coach of the year only to be cut (Because Amy Adams Skank didn't like his NE Pats HOF acceptance speech.).

Likely but I was hoping they'd keep the defense in tact and completely annihilate the offensive staff and start over.

No, BOB has been told he will not be working with the Pats next year. I heard that on the radio here in Nashville at lunch.
