5 years ago yesterday, i was in hospital watching the game out of the corner of my eye with er nurses (way too many of them were men) after my dad had a TIA

Went to see him yesterday and he asked if i could help him build a new fence

i feel yeah. A group of people i was with was gonna go to a bar we always go to but it was full. We went to one of the guys places and watched it there. I lived near by so i decided to walk home. Every 2nd Car i passed walking honked their horns.

It was my birthday...and I was really mad at Sid.

There is a chain of bargain/closeout stores here called "Ollie's Bargain Outlet". They get the stuff that no one else wants, what other stores couldn't sell. Right this very minute, there are McFarlane figures of Sid in his Team Canada get up at just *that* moment after he scored.

They are currently on clearance. In a store that buys junk from other stores to sell cheap. Like 3 bucks each or something.

It small consolation, but it's something.
